For your convenience, patients may be dropped off as early as 7:30 am for their appointment that day if prior arrangements have been made. Doctor's hours Monday through Friday and designated Saturdays are by appointment beginning at 9:00 am. Except for emergencies, patients with appointments have priority over walk-ins. Non-emergency walk-ins will be seen as scheduling permits. For your convenience, please call ahead or send us an e-mail request for an appointment. Emergencies after regular business hours on weeknights, during weekends and on holidays should be directed to the Jackson Pet Emergency Clinic (731) 660-4343, located at 2815 North Highland Avenue in the Towering Oaks office complex at the intersection of North Highland Avenue and Old Humboldt Road.
